that misfire defense is crap.
Even if it's truly misfire he will still most likely hang. And it's quite amazing how his gun can misfire five times... must be on full auto or something. So which is it? Misfire then he shoot the guy four more times or shoot the guy then one shot misfire?
Either way it's pretty much the end of the road for him. If the victim was shot once it could be argued that it was an accidential misfire (even then the chances of escaping the gallows are shaky). But four more times? I think the intent to cause harm is quite obvious here.
Also the innovative way he cross-examined the victim's family (especially their 13 year old daughter) not only utterly failed to help him construct any defence, but even put them through more trauma. -

I wouldn't say that this is a truly sad case, because simply the murderer and the victim are both sharks.
It is then a simple case of shark biting another shark - as similarly quoted as Dog eat Dog.
Niether one of them are innocent professionals...

yes i believe he has an IQ of a sea cucumber otherwise why would he fire so many shots in a small HDB flat when everybody else is ready for work and school school.As for asking for a death penalty....this sort of thing no need to ask one,sure get it for free no need to pay GST some more!!
