What is ur stand point regrading libel (defamation) on net

What do you guys feel about, others using vulgar on you, defame you on words or by written? Do you feel ok been insulted and the person get scot free?
Slander is by speach of defaming, while libel is written defaming.. If you are interested look up at this link

For slander and libel, it is posting or saying untrue and harmful content to third party.. So you can scold any1, 1 on 1.. without anyone around is ok.. As it don't undermine their reputation.. But not on public, newspaper, flyer, forum, internet mass chat, etc..
Aku1b0d0, I will not take the trouble to send to autority, not i scare you or wat but remember in mind.. Not every1 is as easily bully, becuz they don't know law.. I studied 3 month of law, even it is little or cover quite insignificant, but it is enough for me to noe you had commited an act of defamation..

Remember those who read this post, think before you say something even offline or online.. There is always a way to track you down even you are behind the computer, with your mac address (that don't change so easy) instead of ip address (can be changed manually or auto)..

U are allowed to SUE.... The Singapore Law allows u to reserved the right to Sue for 25 years.... So... u can consider for 25 yrs b4 suing....

And lets say you know someone on this forum that actually knows that other person that had defamed or insulted your family or even offered threats.
You can sub-peona the persons to reveal who the actual defamed or insulter or threatening person is, in court. Then proceed to sue that fella/fellas in court for an apology or a sentencing.
Much like if you want to persue someone, you can subpeona the sgforums to reveal the IP addy, that will indicate where the person may be from. Either from blocks of flat, a postal code & even the school institutions.
The threadstarters know what he/she is talking about. Even if most of you obviously dont. -
