Lets say you are trying to say that a company has a employee who emailed or use company phone or mobile phones to harrass, insult or threaten someone. The company do have the right to dismiss the wrongdoers and even sue the fella further for breaching ehtics, employment contracts & so on.
Not including the suing done by the harrassed, insulted or threatened someone. -
