  If i'm not wrong, if you're above the legal age, it's considered legal but it would be illegal if you download it and store it into your hard drive or any other portable storage device

  not same.
  If you watch, yes, it's dl into your hdd but the data is then cleared once the user exits IE or FF. In other words, it's just a temporary file. If you pay for the content that you download, i'm not quite sure because me myself never try before.
