To be fair, the caucasians are rather nice and friendly, and it's not because they want to get into your pants. I'm a guy for goodness sake, and sometimes its married couples I get across. Anyway, not all caucasian guys are like that.
Don't be so closed minded and quick to generalise. Give each individual a chance.
One example of how caucasians (in fact foreigners) are much friendlier is in how they decline you. Like when you are trying to introduce something or trying to give a flyer to them. The caucasians would give a polite,"No thank you," after you've said something. And it's not just the Americans, but even the French, Germans or whoever. Sometimes they may not even be good in English, but they make the effort to give you a smile and tell you a polite no.
Singaporeans would usually just give you a black face and I've even seen Singaporeans who put they're hand in your face.
And not everyone who thinks caucasians are friendly are SPGs or something like that. It's a different thing if the girl just throws herself at the guy though.
