this chicken cutlet... tasted very delicious the first time i had it.. but the more i eat the more sian i get...
i don't feel healthy these few days ley...cos have not been eating balanced meals... oh no. mebbe aftr i pom pom i should go 7-11 and buy some fruit juice... -

my mum did that coz both my parents got hypertension, so everything is low salt low sugar
the trick is to use natural substitutes
i find people dont noe how to complement or use non descript but significant ingredients like garlic, ginger, onion etc etc
they just throw in msg, bottled sauces, sugar, salt etc thats all -
