This is because having a Biology subject doesnt give you any advantages in Uni application.
Next thing is to note the number of admitants MBBS NUS takes in. My suggestion is to go overseas uni. -

if u those wan to slack first year second year piang liao siao 1 and u r naturally gifted to b smart..u can risk the way of taking bio-medical in sp or biotech..these 2 diplomas has a chance of landing u in Medicine in uni..but 1 thing..its quite slim..only the best of the best will make it..so ur best chance is through JC or MI but MI dont offer H3 sciences so JC is better..and H2 science is enough for Medicine i think..more importantly is there will test u b4 letting u in to the uni..thats wat i reseach so far..hey..dont snatch with me leh..take the traditional route okay cos i m gonna try the new route

How are your skills in communication especially when you have a patient who suddenly died and you have to inform the family.
Can you take the sight of corpses?
Can you deal with looking at intestines or brain flowing out of a person or even performing an abortion?
Are you able to stay cool and collected especially when you have a person to resuscitate?
If not , you better rethink it. -

then languages they quite strict
try ur best for GP A1, JC chinese A1

including teacher's recommendations

you could go overseas to study too if being the cream of the crop strategy isn't working too good for you. For that... you need like... a lot of money... a lot! And you'll want to take biology as a subject in 'o's and 'a's.
