GF and BF who aren't staying together or met only a few times a week, don't get to know each other so well compare to those who stay together. You might only seen that much going out a few hours every now and then.
It is by staying together one can really know someone. But then again, there are tons of cons as well, mostly on the gal side.... Thus before you move in, make sure you really can see that guy as your other half. -
There's no right or wrong to this question....only consequences....just make sure the couples fully prepared for the whatever might happens -
personally, i think its good to live together for awhile so as to prepare for marriage life.

But of course........! Given the phenomenal rise in the number of divorce cases and the hassle of going through the legal process of a divorce, cohabitation is the way to go, particularly if the couple doesn't want kids.......... It's no hassle and much more convenient should the couple want to go their separate ways mah.......
Considering the high cost of living in Singapore and the competitiveness, it's practically every man for himself - a big fish eat small fish, dog eat dog world here. Marriage has become rather irrelevant these days and cohabitation will be the preferred way to go!!!
