Anyway, I've put Network Systems & Security as Second choice and had done the JAE just this afternoon. Have seriously thought about it and its getting me nowhere. Why would I have to change my plan that I have been planning since sec 2 just because Computer Engineering butted in from nowhere just after O level Exam. Yea, I've put Computer engineering as third and most likely I will get it. Sigh...
No I'm not looking at what is 'IN' thing, its just one of my interests. -

might want to consider TP Biomedical. It seems like NUS let's them take more courses than the rest. It might change in the future of course.

i surprise that very few of u choose a pure engineering course like electrical, mechnical or civil engineering. lemme give u wat are benefits for engineering:
Engineering trains u to have Technical Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Analytical Skills and Management Skills. Engineering gives many wide career opportunities, and command better salary & benefits. And it is easier for engineer to switch to non-engineering than the other way.
Engineering course is a form of education, training of the mind, and not necessary we need to go engineering field related job in future.

My only opinion is..everyone have their different interest but my advise is not to waste any of the choices..which means..put a different course code for all

Usually to appeal, it's through DAE. There will be another DAE session after the results are released if I'm not wrong. You will choose the course you want, and go for an interview. If you do well, good for you. If you screw it, kiss it goodbye. If you are successful in your appeal, you have to retake the failed subject. It's a MUST, not whether you want or not. They won't take this into consideration... -
