  There is nothing great being a designer...its just a job from junior level to manager level the pay difference is a great gap. The junior toil while the manager only need to talk. People call it a profession but to me its just a job.

  U are right, I used to be a designer before(since 1999), after 4 years go back to school again, just want to enjoy the school day and relax, last year just graduated, but I dun think I will go back to this line again.
  
  Recently I'm a boss, I'm dealing with few types of business.
  My ex-customer sometimes still will contact me, but I will past the job to freelancer help me.
  
  So just want to check if I employ a full time designer with some experince, how much should I pay him?
