  Thank you. The funny thing is that she was actually willing to meet in person to collect the cash and write an IOU and so if that were the case, she is really just taking advantage of the situation now. Not very nice...

  Well, the way I look at it is if the 450 truly helped someone in need and even don't get back is ok. But to be cheated of it is another story...hurts more and makes you angry.

  She gave an address that she claims she rents as her mother has just passed away. That is the reason she needed the money to pay rent or landlord will throw her out. But when I went there, there is a family living in it and so not as she said. That was when alarm bells went off and I knew she was lying already.
