There is no such thing as spoken Jawi
You can read Jawi which is Mahasa Melayu
In other words Bahasa melayu written in Jawi form
The difference is only how it is written
Bahasa Melayu also have several different dialects such especially from Malaysia
If you notice, ppl from Perak speak differently from people from Malacca
They pronounce some words differently
Bahasa Indonesia is also totally different and also have different dialects
Jawa is different from Jawi
Jawa is a dilect while Jawi is how you write bahasa melayu
Usually the 'waks' like to use them
i can speak in all dilects from Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia
I can also read and write both Jawi and arabic well
