why cannot give emotional answers? Suicide is based on emotions anyway. There is nothing physical or spiritual about committing suicide. It is all about what you are thinking and how you feel at that point of time. So if committing suicide is about emotions, why cant we give answers based on emotions? Exactly. If the present is annoying the receipient then he has the right to throw it away. Or return it to the owner, but how do you return your body to your parents? -

The reason why i do not want people to give emo answers is because this will only turn in a thread will all the typical reasons flying around.
And all the answers i already know. But what i want is something new and something i never thought before. -

Of cos everyone has the right to end their own lives. It is your right but it may not always be right to exercise your right.
A present given to you is yours, yes. But just take one simple example. The NDP tix are given free every year. So some receipents just sell it blatantly for a high price. People kao peh say this is so not ethical and i believe most people believe it is not ethical too.Of cos the sellers say hey i spend time collecting the tix etc, it is given to me so i decide what to do with it...true! It is within your every right but as i said, your rights does not it is right.
Sure, take your life. It is your right. But if you think thats the right way to appreciate the people who love you and gave birth to you, go ahead! -

Yes, you cannot return your body to your parents. But this is akin to cutting a piece of meat from their(parents) very own flesh and dumping it onto one site.
Anyway, different ppl have got different opinions. This is my belief and will hold on to it. You can reason it out as long as it does not get too ugly. -
