  din get the insoles, coz it wun help. my shoes slip at the back, not at the front.. put insoles will only give me more blisters in front.

  mine is juz like a white sponge.. very rough work.. as in, the shape very odd, got pen marks etc.. and it's not self adhesive.. i have to use masking tape and stick it to the shoe.
  
  i went back to the shop where i bought my shoes today..
  
  i asked the salesgirl to help me expand the front a bit, so that it wun be so tight.. but she expand till so loose.. alamak.. heng i bought 2 pairs of that cushion.. mian qiang can hold it.. but i wonder how long can it last.. probably have to get insoles liao.
  
  maybe tmr i wear them and tell u whether it helps..

  oic.. mine is black sponge, and is self adhesive, odd shape too so as to paste well at the heel.

  FEP lor.. u paint liao.. wait ur heel all chao ta... beige is those w/o sponge one.. i m using one now on another pair of shoes.. dont help at all leh.. kaoz.. my blister very pain

  and somemore lagi funny... i duno when.. probably when i was walking, the cushions on my leg heel slipped out..
  
  went Bata and get those adhesive type.. tho the cushion is not all covered, but i bobian, need that now.. so i bought lor.. duno juz that one enough or not.. my shoe is so loose.

  think u drop by FEP and buy lor.. i wear the shoes many times liao.. it didnt drop out leh.. jz that the sponge will wear off nia..
  
  think they really loosen too much for u liao.. u need the insole liao
