Tremors were felt all over Singapore this morning (Mar 6) at about 11:50am. Several STOMPers sent in alerts.Source: HWZ. Second-hand info.

"I thought it was just me feeling giddy," Mr Chong said.
Reports of tremors also came in from virtually all areas of Singapore, including Woodlands in the north and East Coast.
The STOMP Team also felt the tremors in Toa Payoh North.
According to the Meteorological Services Division of NEA, an earthquake was detected at 11:49 am, 6 Mar 2007 in Southern Sumatra approximately 430 km from Singapore. The magnitude of the earthquake is 6.6 on the Richter scale. The epicentre is located at latitude 0.4 South and longitude 100.4 East.
