If you're really considerate, you wouldn't have blasted your music. If you know it's a public place, then why do it?
Imagine if you were at home and someone blasted music along your common corridor, what would you do? Rememberm common corridor is also a public place. Imagine if that person was blasting music in another language, how would you feel? My point here is not the language but rather what you fancy, others may not. -
