I advise you to just give the clinic's number lor.
Although the flow of patient is very huge, there should be records of you went to the particular clinic, especially if you are a new patient, the staff will somehow remember you one. Not everyday got a new patient pop out one mah.
If you dunno the phone number, you can always check up in yellowpages.com. As long as you agar agar know where the clinic is located, can check one.
But if you bluff your way through, welcome to the unemployed army. -

Most likely this TS is a habitual liar. He lies, lies, lies. Obviously, his boss knows about his attitude, so therefore waiting for him to make an obvious mistake, one that TS cannot escape, ie.. lying about having MC but actually keng kah liao. TS's boss is persistant bcos his boss wanna nail him good. Well, his boss persistance is gonna pay off, with the firing of TS.
