  money can buy everything except happiness. Money is also the passport to everywhere except heaven. Nobody of the right mind will not want money which actually translate to power really.. but one should be mindful of the means of getting money. When ur poor.. u could still be happy. thats because you dont feel the need of owning handphones.. big house.. etc etc. Your wants are little and easily satisfied, and hence ur happy. But lets say u want more in life.. u want a comfortable life with luxuries. Luxuries not going to fall down from the sky right? You'll need to earn money to finance your newest BMW and condo.. To summarise people want money to satisfy their wants. But its only momentarily satisfaction because they'll start wanting MORE. So its not really money's fault, but rather human greed. You are happy when ur wants are satisfied.. the key to be happy is to have reasonable wants

  Yes, especially in S'pore, because all the prices are skyrocketing, all because of the bloody 'garmen', said what want S'pore to be top tier in the developed world, wah want to be high class. Oei bloody 'garmen', dun make the people toil like hell in order to fulfil ur s_h_i_t dreams, nah buay!!!
