  Connect it to a carbon dioxide tank after vacuuming it.
  
  Or if you dun mind impurities, add carbonate into conc. acid.

  plastic or not plastic, it wont melt, put a lighter at the 'hole' of the bottle, bottle need to be upside down, then let it burn for awhile...
  
  after the fire automatically goes out, not by the wind, i mean there is no more oxygen...
  
  that is to take away the oxygen only... but still got some other gases...
