then i was thinking, maybe coz they scared if they sell raw oyster, sekali got bacteria then people jiak liao will lau sai n kenna food poisoning, n ish will sue the restaurant. n also considering many diners here r on tourists on tour group one...
but for cooked oyster, if got bacteria on the oyster, the heat will have at leasted killed them.
