Actually ar, you all say cut allowance cut allowance.
But IMO this will make her find other ways to extract money. Maybe start stealing from Parents, then if kena caught, move on to other more desperate methods. The result may not be any better.
Well, that's if she's really hooked to smoking.
I guess the best solution is to let her realize by herself soon that smoking doesn't do any good. If she's really bent on smoking, there's not much of a way anyone can stop her. -
