NP enrollment .. CPF scheme??

ermm..its about the CPF scheme...wat is it can some kind soul explain ??
i mean..in the end do i have to pay it with cash ??
then they say i can use my edusave..true?? -
For my Poly(RP), Edusave is only for starting 2nd Sem.
For the CPF thingy ar..
1) Use your cousin Singpass to login CPF. To apply for Education scheme.
2) Enter those particulars of your cousin and your cousin's parent.
3) Login to your Cousin's parent email to retrive a email a day later to comfirm the use of CPF Education Scheme.
4) Print out the Online comfirmation page and mail it.(I am not so sure..) -

anyway i got a semester of fees deducted by CPF-Edusave..
basically Edusave is $$ from primary/sec school leftover.. if never use will become CPF... so for 5 semesters, it was cash, and that 1 semester CPF-Edusave -

u can't use Edusave to pay for ur school fees.
Use ur parent's CPF.. if not enough, use ur sibling's.
There must be enough money to deduct the school fees.. if im not wrong, there's a minimum requirement.
No CPF? Dun worry, can get a loan, but think twice, coz will be asked to pay soon after u left poly.
if u have any doubt, feel free to visit the Student Services Centre (Finance) if u are a NP student, or call up to make an enquiry. -

Yes, you can use your Edusave, provided you have enough money in there lor... one semester school fees = $2050 (assumed that you are local)
6 semesters = $12300 (if school fees don't go up)
You have this amount in your Edusave, then by all means use your Edusave, save you the need of repayment after graduation.
The only problem, next time your CPF will have little money, because Edusave will be converted to CPF... -

first, i dont think your CPF/edusave has so much money, you need around $3k?
Second, you can pay usign your dad's cpf, but you have to return after you graduate, bit by bit.
third, dont forget to apply for government bonding help, or what you call it, or else you will be paying $10k per year -

Local students can apply for these few financial schemes:
Tuition Grant - this is provided by the government. You just have to fill in the form provided in the enrollment package. Fill in that and submit. No repayment needed.
CPF Education Scheme - use your family/relatives' CPF to pay school fees. Deducted automatically. Pay back one year after you graduate from polytechnic or one year after you leave the polytechnic. Again, there is a form in the enrollment, just fill in that and submit. Payback interest is charged at the current CPF rate, and at least $100 per month for a maximum of 12 years. To be paid in cash. If you don't, you get warnings, then court letter.
Tuition Fee Loan - only if you are a needy student. Covers 75% of your tuition fees. The rest pay yourself. Payback depends on which bank you apply to. Interest depends.
Government Loan - only if you have applied for Tuition Fee Loan. It will cover the rest of the 25%, if not lesser. If you are really needy, an extra $1000 will be given out as well.
Mendaki - for Malay local students. Up to 70% fees paid or 100% fees paid, depending on how needy you are.
Edusave - if you have enough money
Any other schemes, call up your school. These are the schemes available to local students. -

and then, whose edusave got so much money?
maybe im less privileged.. i only got $600+.. all transferred to my CPF liao. -
