Is this a new trend in Singapore?!?!

  For the past year i have noticed an incredible sighting,singaporean girls are starting to put make-up!! I mean even for those like 13+ girls.
  
  Then i also noticed that girls look so much more mature than guys of the same age(not chao lao),as in the way they dress etc..
  
  Did all these just happen?? Or am i slow??

  Aiyo now 13 year old gals also got very nice and expensive handphone liao. So makeup and stuff sure have one......

  i rmbr there was once when went to a gals school ..... (i was working there) .... i saw this 13+ gal .... super chio ....1st look i thot she at least 18 ..... later my fren told me tat she is a student there n she is only 14 .. i was like OMG .. she doesnt even look 14 at all can ....... if it was a guy i definitely could tell he is 14 .........

  Last year Nov/Dec, my school open house.
  
  All the p6 meimei walk in, mini skirt, make up, 3G phone, ah beng bf.
  
  What is going on in this world?
  
  Where else, compared to our batch, we had nerd hair, girls mostly wore jeans, if you had a phone you were considered fortunate.
