I'm not quite sure for now, but it was (is?) like mentioned... A limited number of login tries.. So usually... VERY OFTEN... I end up calling the technical support team... It's like.. After a while, you just forget which set of password you're using (the system requires you to have a certain level of 'difference' from your previous passwords), especially when you're just back from a vacation or something...?
