i know what ure talking abt!!! XDaiya.. i know i won'tdie from it la.. haha.. but my headache can last for the whole day 1 leh.. damn irritating.. aiya.. i think i am jus a little too sensitive to those sounds la.. lol..
actually its a very normal thing
most people can hear high frequencies emitted from electronic devices like the television set and other stuff.
but for the case of the sudden high frequency pitches that give u headaches?
i also get those but they only last for no more than 20seconds....
=) but i think that it can be easily explained using physics!
Sound is made up of waves that can undergo interference constructively and destructively. so like if the waves fit a particular frequency, wavelength or happen to interfere constructively at the position you are in, then it will result in you hearing a very very high irritating ear piercing pitch at that position....
so like if you are in an area with alot of electronic devices or other things that emit high frequency sound waves that are near the audible frequency range, the chances of a constructive interference occuring is much higher and you might hear more of those irritating pitches in those areas... but so far i havent seen a signifcant increase in such occurances la
>.<
well thats what i have managed to think of so far, coz for me it seems that even when i move away, the high pitch is still there and it wont go away until the 20Seconds plus is over...
haha dont worry you wont die from it =)
haha.. i dun think so la.. cause some of my friends and family members call me "cao hi lang".. means deaf.. lol.. cause sometimes i dun hear them properly ma.. then after a few repeats i still dun get them.. hahaha...Originally posted by soulwinner:Of your hearing is better than most of us...![]()
