Emo=Mostly Post-Hardcore, indie, metalcore & Alternative Rock
Goth= Gothic Rock, Gothic Metal, Darkwave and symphoic metal
Fashion Differences
Emo=Black Band t-shirt(tight), tight Jeans, Chuck Taylor converse shoes, black eyeliner, Black Horn-rimmed glasses(optional), studded belt, studded accesories.
Goth=Black dresses/overall/jacket/etc with lots of zips, D-rings with skull or other death related stuff, White makeup on face, black lipstick and eyeliner, spike and leather accesories, Boots and black nails.

Goths hate the world almost every single person in the world is hated, sometimes even thinking of their own demise. Well generally 'emo' consist of Metalcore, Post-hardcore, indie, proggessive(a lil) and Alternative rock. While I would say chinese emo songs are poppy and easier on the ears and they dun really have to be rock. -
