what to talk to girls?

ok lah.....i'm working in logistics company and my little small-small department all girls, some very pretty one. because they ask me to lunch with them, i've no choice, otherwise they think i dao.
but then, everytime, i dunno what to say during lunch. sometimes i ask a few questions to break my own silence, blah blah blah. cannot seem to find topics to talk about...sigh.....also cannot find topics to flirt on.......sigh!
so, in such kinds of situations, how u all guys handle it? sometimes, i try to think of interesting things to talk about, like their eye shadows very nice color and shoes where to buy etc., but i never say it, because i scared later i sound like despo or some freakishly-observant weirdo.......sigh!
please advise me.

no lah......if i talk gossip, i will be insulting myself because i don't want to be like 99.9999999% of the office guys in SG, behaving like housewives during lunch time complaining about the boss or work or office politics...
i also don't want to talk about work during lunch time because that's my own principles lah.......the girls i lunch out with also not very talkative, most are quite decent and si-wen one....that's why it's hard. if it's ah-lians or rough girls, then easier lah, because they'll talk non-stop and you can just chime in.......but now i'm expected to be the "topic-starter" in ths kind of social situation......
