Btw, looking at the wheel, it isn't the highest view around, there are many taller buildings in the CBD on the other side of the bridge. The bridge itself offer quite a decent view too.

Maybe the government thinks our land is too small to attract the masses. So they want to maximise it by bringing in rich people -
