Lost Malaysian Passport

HELP!
my mother just lost her malaysia passport, is there anyway i could get her a temp pass by today? as she wanna attend my cousin wedding in malaysia.
and who and how am i suppose to report lost passport to? thanks!
only serious reply will be entertain.
p.s: i have send a email to High Commission of Malaysia, Singapore. -

It takes Malaysian High Commission about one to three weeks to process and validate a new passport... -

singaporeans have right of entry into singapore..
you don't need a passport to enter your own country...
so, please figure things out -

okay.. here's the long and short of it...
if she is Malaysian and is a Singapore PR or holding a Long-Term Pass, she can still enter Malaysia as long the Malaysian side allows her entry, probably with her MyKad or something.. ask first...
but she will have to get a new passport before she is allowed to return to Singapore unless you guys find her passport and give it to her...
if she is Singaporean, and still attempting to use the Restricted Passport (which many call "Malaysian Passport" ) there is no way in hell because that passport was phased out and not recognised more than 10 years ago...
if she is Singaporean and want to go to Malaysia for a day, rush down to ICA Building NOW with photographs (you can take photos there too) to the Document of Identity Section and make a Document of Identity... good for 1 trip.. will cost you around $15 -

yeah. bear is correct, it depends whether ur mum is singaporean or msians. it's best to called up ICA n ask. actually, msia custom wun check de la. u see those msian, they just walk n wave their passport den go thru custom liao.

but coming back to Singapore, we will not allow entry even to PRs without their passport... at all... even with the blue IC entry is not allowed under law... and also the passport must be endorsed with a Re-Entry Permit
Certificate of Identities for PRs are only issued to Stateless people.. so cannot...
make the decision.. go back to Malaysia, wait until the passport is found or a new passport is made, then come back..

as stated above.. citizens have a right of entry into their own country..
which means if a Singapore citizen appears and can prove that he is one (using an IC) we allow entry into Singapore even without a passport..
however, your mom is a PR.. PRs do not have a right of entry into Singapore... PRs NEED a passport before we allow entry...
if the same goes for Malaysia, at their checkpoint, they may allow her to enter Malaysia with her MyKad... that is the right of Malaysians if it is the same over there... however, i don't know about what goes on in Malaysian Immigration at their checkpoint..
when she wants to come back to Singapore, she WILL need her passport..
since she has no passport at the moment, she'll be stuck in Malaysia... will have to stay somewhere in Malaysia until she gets another passport...

because i think ur mum is a malaysian, dats why it would be better if she go make her passport back in msia. ask her stay somewhere in msia first, before getting her passport and come back to singapore.
