Diploma holders earn more than 2k++

I don't know how the job agencies came to it that dip holders earn about 1.2k to 1.5k after graduation..
But I'm working in a MNC as part-timer promoting their goods, By working 6 days per week I earn 1.2k to 1.6k as the most basic pay..
Those working more than 1 year have their pay increase every year such that a 3 years veteran earn as much 1.8k every month and up to 2.4k
Okay so heres what, I know the office people somewhat well and turns out that 2 of the employees started out the same way as me, A promoter..
They are both diploma holders and their pay started out immediately after graduation as 2k and 2.5k respectively
So how the hell do the job agencies say dipl holders earn so little? When I have 2 living examples of dip holders earning more than 2k after graduation for low post jobs such as secretary?

Wow. I didn't know that. I kept thinking 1.5K is about the basic salary for a diploma holder.

there are many things like wat course they study (diploma got so many different things), working experience, job scope.....their attitude, performance

If you were a diploma holder with a chemical engineering cert and working for a particular mnc in petroleum last year, you would have got a 12 month bonus.

u know how much can a dip holder earn by being a secretary?
i have a fren who is earning above $3k and a fixed 3.5 months bonus every year.
pls do more research.
how much u are paid depends on the job that you are doing, your qualifications, experience etc. The level of qualification is not a measure of how much you will be earning. -

It also depends on hardwork...a person with an O level or A cert working needs to work harder to get to the post of the Diploma holder position and it sometimes all depend on your work ability and performance but also your qualifications

depends on the job, specialize in (of course, chemical engineering surely earns more than maybe in arts) and your luck

I know of someone who has p4 education, and I can't quite understand her smses, and she has her own shop, own car, earns i-dunno-how-much per month, but has a 5room hdb flat and can have platinum credit card invitations from various banks.
Education does not mean a lot of money!!!!
