  Experiences and attitude matters alot.
  I have only O levels but my basic pay has been at least 1.8k, even reaching 2k in a previous job.but i know i can't always stay at this level so i take courses.i will be finishing my diploma soon and then embark on a degree.

  Maybe at M$ You can be the ppl over there answering phone calls
  
  People call you for the comfirmation ID , for MS Product , then you can get d ID for yourself lor .... ,But dun think you can They can blacklist the key anytime .
  
  Recomendation :
  
  Get a cert from M$ [EG : M$ office specialist etc. ..... ]
  
  They are having some promotions now www.microsoft.com.sg
  
  Try to get certs it increases your chance and salary.
