are u from queenstown..if not..u r damn lucky..cos queenstown secondary school dont give u warning and they just give a hair check..if u dont pass u get cut..and no warning...and the way they cut is those super ugly 1..but wat can we do? lan lan lar..now sec school behind me liao ...thinking back..my school is 1 hell of a guai lan school man...
not forgetting that the teachers in my school is also bo chap and guai lan also...teachers mostly dont give in to reasoning..teachers dont give a damn..and teachers that do their work and go home immediately after school..if u r from my batch u will noe how chaotic the school is and that how the student behave in school is how ruffian behave...cos there basically is "bo cheng wu" no governer
eg. water bombing on last day of school...fights fights and more serious 1 is a big argument that took palce between sec 3 and 4 express class that nearly lead to a big fight..the toilet is one hell of a smokey place and no teacher seems to noe or care..and best of all..using handphone during school holiday in school lead to my phone being conficated..
hell..u r damn lucky ur school is not as guai lan as mine..

Moral of story: Basically the school cant really do anything extreme to you for minor stuff like this. And i dont think any school want to find trouble for themself too.

i think from primary sch.. we are taught not to keep long hair in sch.. so why muz u.. defy it? no trouble find trouble...

Well, 1 word - Discipline.
I never have hair longer than acceptable length for every schooling day. If you were to ask me compare, I'll ask you if you're in NS now, will they even give you an option?
And for your informations, my DM is as strict as a police officer in school and students obey him by his whistle. One blow and the school quietens down. Now that he've left for another school, we miss his discipline standards. -
humm..how long is long....my side burn was at about my nose level and it was considered long...my fringe was above my eye brown and it was called long...might as well say only allowed to cut slope..comfirm chop not long..
also...having long hair does not affect studies directly..even indirectly...i wonder how so..attitude is something hair cannot change..even a short hair guy can b a beng...so wats actually wrong with long hair..
SCHOOL PRIDE they think that it reflect the school badly..thats all..we r merely the scarifies.. -

my school now gt barber come every 2 weeks. those long hair nv cut de will go there pay 5 buck cut decent hair.
for our school, your behind and sides nv touch collar and ear can le. long fringe can, just pin it up during curriculum. -
Actually TS you got it better off. Last time when I was in sec school, they won't even send you home, your hair long they cut in within the same day. And it wasn't even barber cut, it's some shitty students who anyhow shave it off.
The hair standard ain't much better also, we weren't allowed to have sideburns, hair at the back must be so damm short like half army like that and the fringe cannot touch eyebrows.
Not trying to condemn you TS but just telling you, that you are much luckier. I hate hairchecks as much as you. -

usual, cos i refused to cut slope. the whole year of sec 4, DM will have

see you, i want your hair cut!" Until one time, he sibei on, round up all the
students with long hair and DIY. wah piang. my fringe, side burns and back all
cut STRAIGHT one. after sch, with collar up, straight away rush to baber cut
