Females and Males are created differently. Agreed that because you are not a female that you would not know how they think and feel when molested and raped. The fact is this is a norm in the societies of this world. The very essence of this 2 words underlines the infringement of basic human rights of privacy, modesty, and morals. That is the clear distinction between consensual sex and forced sex.
It doesn't take one, from the majority of the society, that long to realise/learn this clear distinction of moral rights. And we would assume you would be that old enough to know this.
If I punch you, assuming a normal person and not some minority of the norms(sadistic pain-loving people), you would feel unpleasant too because your basic rights as a human had been infringed.
Now to ask something that is inevitably as clear as ABC, and something that is quite insensitive to the female population, that would put a question mark to the sincerity in that question. Whether it is truly an innocent question or mere inferiority to the norm's intelligence.
In simple words, either you are not that age-capable/mind-capable to apprehend such clear rights and wrongs or you are simply trying to provoke.

Well, as I say, it all depends. What's the difference?
For punching, you used force. Depending on age and other factors, amount of strength used is enough to kill.
For molesting, I'm not going into details. But the psychological harm done is enough to push people to death. Not literal push, but a psychological push.
For raping, no details again. But someone can die if forceful rape is used. If the person survives, psychological harm may be enough to cause death.
All in all, seeing the starting and the ending, it makes punching no different from molesting and raping. It starts with contact, and may end with death.
Next on permissions. I don't think giving examples help, but I will still give.
You originally own a dog. Someone comes along and says it's cute and start touching it. Nobody gave him the permission to touch your dog. You obviously will dislike him.
Now back to your own body. If you are some sensible human, you will know what's self-respect.

Of course being punched is not being molested. It was an analogy to show an infringement of basic rights. Very good, you have understood basic rights, privacy and morality are created by humans. The society is made up of humans. They do vary from human to human I agree but for this case it is definitely a consensus of the majority of the society. Doing something against my permission is a definite infringement of basic rights. Sex sure is great, well at least you and me agree. Or to that fact, many others will agree. But is forced sex great? Now the object of who applied the force does not matter. A girl being forced to sex would be just as unpleasant as you would be forced to sex. Or this guy. Or that guy. Or whoever is being raped. You would argue that you love sex, so forced sex is good. I would assume that you have lost the whole meaning of "forced sex" then. If you enjoy it, you are not being forced anymore. You have essentially allow the other party to continue the act. It would then be consensual sex. Would you allow a big grizzly bear to rape you? Well unless you permit the bear to continue grilling your poor hole, I wouldn't say that you would enjoy it.
They would essentially have sex with their partners I agreed. But the fact is that they disliked the fact that they are forced. So many females in this world love sex as much as we do but if and only if they permit themselves into committing that act.
All these explanation had been made easier for us. Through simply terming it as wrong. The laws says it. Your society says it. What are the chances you, an individual, going against the views of the majority, the experienced, the experts, thinks that it is not wrong?
