If you are planning to get married, you need money for the wedding too. Also, little "accident" can happen and what if she suddenly falls pregnant and you will end up being the one to service the loan as well as to feed the family. -

why must buy condo? with your income, both of you will slog like nothing. consider the monthly installment and the maintenance fees? water and electricity? you no need eat? i heard of a friend who bought condo, with no furniture inside cos they cannot afford it.
