  it depends... serangoon gardens maybe.. but if you drive into the inner serangoon gardens you see those terrace houses quite dilapitated. for example cowdray ave. i think those houses are quite cheap.

  haha sand king, i dont really think the rich people live in siglap. they live around there (frankel,dunbar,coldstream etc) they just hang around siglap cause thats the hippest place we got to chill
