  Stock market 'chiong' everyday for the last 7 months liao sure u see all the luxury cars mah. Most Singaporelang (including me hor) will immediately go get an expensive car once make a bit in the stock market to show off. Pay first downpayment then go tikam stock market some more. Hopefully tio some more then go into more installment.
  
  But wait till the bear invade the marketlah (touch wood ), then you will start to see all luxury cars (including my brand new Lexus of 38 days ) turn into vans, trucks, motorocycles, trishaws or even skateskooter

  i have japanese friends living in serangoon as well, i have friend also from denmark and australia , many lived here in serangoon.
  
  reasons? you know why? here, The australian International school is just located here, Many foreigners lives here, also, the principle of that school lives at Lorong Chuan Park . i know 2 jap friends lives in chuan park as well, a few lives at goldenhill. Its all scattered around.
  P.S: i know a mexican friend that lives in Housing blocks too.
  Its a peaceful place indeed ....
