No... You see, main lines would never be able to serve everywhere. So they might need feeder operators to get the connectivity if they decide not to if they do not have the resources. Pt 2 is pretty simple... If the main lines attributes to say 60% of your load factor, if they use Singapore as their hub, wun you need to use more of Singapore's port facility to suit to their needs? -
