You cant file a police report simply coz of an irritating telemarketer. I worked as a telemarketer before and the deal is, telemarketing is not against the law, hence, no use making a police report.
Btw, dork3d, I worked in that E-FusXXn company before

ehh.. ya, you can complain the company for harassing you, but not on the basis of 1 call. If it's just one call, they'll just "take note".
And the company reserves the right not to disclose the source of where they get your contacts. -
to add on, dun bother giving the tele marketeer a hard time. If you;re not interested, just say so and hang up. Most of them wun know where the numbers came from, in fact, their supervisors wun know the exact source too. The tele marketeers are just doing a job, like u and me. Just too bad that's how the company works.

i was 'luckily' selected by xxxxyoga fitness to have a trail at their spanking new 30,000 sqft place....after refusing to accept my refusal, i lied to the guy that i conduct yoga classes at a rival outlet...then he asked me to bring my clients over....wth!!

So to stop them, must give them a hard time...
Since I have caller ID... what I do is to list those numbers up in public areas for people to spam. If I'm near my PC... that company is gone case. I help them rig up a huge phone bills... -

Maybe it's legitimate, maybe it's not. You make the conclusion. I'd rather not risk having my personal particulars being used by a shell company or what not.
I pass her no to another scam company, than let them scam one another.
