kitty, kitty, me experienced quite a no of harassment from bosses, but I managed to escape. You gotta stand firm to show him that you only mean business with him. Don't stand too near him when he talks to you or come to you. If he stands very near you, you could step back, which is what I have been doing. With such a sickening and lecherous boss who loves to take advantage, don't joke with him and be casual talking to him!
