so its = 960 months
960 months x 30 days per month = 28800 days
28800 days x 24 hours = 691200 hours
Lets say if you do it twice a week at 1 hour each session
80 years x 12 months = 960 months
960 months x 4 weeks = 3840 weeks
twice per week
3840 x 2 = 7680 times in your life = hours
Percentage = 7680 / 691200 hours
= 0.011......
