Seriously, parents sent their children to school to study...not to build their muscles. To them, to the school, these ccas are mere fillers. If you're not winning anything, you're thrash. If you have no achievements and if you continue recieving complain letters, maybe your cca will close down one day...

1. Can not do fast and alot right...nvm...whole lot down half way and hold it there...then hold the position for x secs...then down. up half way and hold it there...confirm can achieve same effect with more push up...
2. incline push up... pivot leg onto a higher ground...
3. single arm push up...each side 10 ... but i think most cadet can't do...
