Depends on many factors. Usually if a girl treat u as a normal friend or acquaintance only, then most likely she wont. Even if she would, doesnt mean she will like you.
If you very close friend with her, she will agree... wait... if you close friend with her, you wont start this thread liao so I guess ans is still "depends". -

like that u must have valid reason to ask her out. I think asking her out for dinner or movie will not have much success. Please understand that sometimes we girls don't wish to reject you but then there are too many guys like you chatting with us on msn at the same time and asking us out.

It is pretty depressing to know that majority of guys always ask questions for the sake of asking. They don't even wish to understand us further and try to go relationship with us so fast, without introducing themselves much at all.
Some even expect us to tell them everything from 1st ex stead to last ex stead even. But for themselves, they keep quiet on everything.
Try to tell her more about you and have further conversations before asking her out. If not, even if you succeed in asking her out, the chances are that the girl won't meet you up anymore. -

depends on whether she is open to the idea of meeting people. some are shy and will avoid face-to-face meetups. Some will feel worried after all those reports of sleazy guys seeking more than a meet-up.
I also agree with MichelleTan. All sorts of freakos asking weirdo questions and keeping mum about themselves. Who wants to meet those?!
but I assume u're not like that. haha! if u 2 have been getting a long just fine, it shouldn't be a problem. just meet up at a well populated area. what's the worst that could happen?
