How to get a reply from sgForums support?????

I am at it again.
How does one communicate with sgForums support when they don't bother to reply?
I never had any problems with others at all. They are always prompt and nice.
What did you do to get a reply??? -

Post something about fireice. You'll get a quick response alrite.

It depends on what issues you are facing. If you are facing logging in issues, then emailing them is the fastest. Jason took less than an hour to reply me on this issue.
Other issues like abuse, no replies. -
