How to get a reply from sgForums support?????

  A premier membership entitles you to a right of your custom avatar and a signature which can support images, links and gif. All these for a period of 6 months..for the fee stipulated which ranges from user to user..(i.e. less than SG$10). You can also renew membership too.
  
  However, a membership doesnt entitle you to advertise your course of business as it isn't condone and may lead to a banning of your premier membership (no refund granted)

  As I've replied you in my first post to your thread, it depends on the issues facing. Issues such as lost password, login issues will receive a reply. As Jason isn't Singapore, be aware of the time differences. It can take up to a day to process.
  
  Other issues like etiquette, abuses of this forum, common questions like editing your posts, putting an image, using BB codes etc will reach him as well, but you won't receive a reply. There are 2 support forums here to get help. One is the Tech forum, of which you will be able to get help fast, the other is the official Support forum, link is on the left hand side of this page.

  Maybe or most likely u didn get ur replies because u send it to the wrong person.. moderators doesnt mean they get to mod the whole forum. Go look for jason or juz post here lor, like u just did
