No, I am not referring to you. I am asking how to get a reply from support. The reason why I wrote this thread is beacuse I know when I call out for help, you people will answer me, everytime!!
As I've replied you in my first post to your thread, it depends on the issues facing. Issues such as lost password, login issues will receive a reply. As Jason isn't Singapore, be aware of the time differences. It can take up to a day to process.
If Jason is not Singaporean, then I shouldn't be having any problem with him. But, no I didn't direct my queries to him. I don't think I should bother him with small issues.
Other issues like etiquette, abuses of this forum, common questions like editing your posts, putting an image, using BB codes etc will reach him as well, but you won't receive a reply. There are 2 support forums here to get help. One is the Tech forum, of which you will be able to get help fast, the other is the official Support forum, link is on the left hand side of this page.
