I am serious, I read somewhere credible that cycling exercises the muscles especially the thigh and leg, in a way that shorten the muscles, ie make it round and bulkier. So after cycling, just stretch to elongate the muscles.
Up to you, I think long lean muscles are nice.

They have to do other sports as well, because cycling only focuses on a few areas of he body, other sports will help develop other areas.
