good thing he went to help, if not sure kenna complain or charged by ppl or higher rankin, cos he was wearin uniform n his vocation is shown on his collar.

the article says dat the driver sounded the horn b4 reversing, just den the woman was walkin away n draggin her nephew away alr... den she dragged too slowly, end up her nephew got hit on the head. the driver was alerted b4 he knock onto the boy, but was too late. he felt he hit somethin den drove infront n the boy was dragged from the head...
my fren went to feel for his pulse n there wasn't any but there was faint breathin n internal bleedin with blood flowin out from the nose n mouth.
dis is hw fragile life is... -
Heard the boy didn't have enough time to scream.
Guess its was a really fast death for him...
