We human are bad conductor but that doesnt mean we cant conduct electricity....if we cant then why the US ppl still invent electric chair? U think they so stupid???
Bad conductor simply means it doesnt allow current to pass thru easily...but current still passes thru...

Good Conductor --> R is low --> current passing through the person increases --> Electrocuted (Since it will cause spasms in the heart and eventually cause the heart to stop)

He killed the two womens and he did not die because they were about 18 and about 30-40 respectively. When he crashed the elderly gentleman, who is about 70-80, he died because he, most likely, have aged like the elderly gentleman. -

The question is why didn't he die on the first two occasions ,but died instantly the third time?? -

One more hint, when a dry tree was struck by lightning, the tree disintegrated ....but a wet tree(due to heavy downpour) when struck by lightning remains unharm....because the current is conducted via the water film that cover the tree, hence tree is short circuited by the water film......

Hence, the sweat act very much like the water film that was on the tree when he was put straight into the electric chair after the trial.....Of course, this riddle requires the man to really sweat profusely.....
For the old man case, when he was trial, the driver knew that he himself was innocent so din sweat much. But who knows the judge still place him on electric chair after he was trial......without the sweat as a film over him, the current thus pass thru his body, killing him instantly..... -
