Features That You Would Like to Have in SgForums

a 'last post info' for each thread so that we can see who is the latest poster for a thread and the time.
but if it will make sgforums lag, then forget it.

Interesting Topic.
Since this forum has been around for many years, there must be newer versions with more features.
The "wanted" features mentioned by some are already very common features in other forums.
To incorporate new features into an old forum is no easy task. The forum compatibility with the script/program etc and the skills level of the admin.
Beggar frequents forums when beggar is not begging. So far, beggar found 2 forums in Singapore which have very impressive features. (Beggar is still not their member yet as beggar only registers as member when beggar wants to hammer forumers.)
In terms of viewership and activities, this forum still among the top, but with regards to layout/design and features, this forum still have long way to catch up.

1. Ratings and Rankings of forums to be scrapped.
2. Only p-members are allowed to create their own forums (this one is fireice's idea). -

2) IP Banning
3) See all topics by poster function
4) Improved Search Function -

I don't know why the insistence on IP banning or just one IP address per account... this is just plain dumb because our IP addresses change every few hours... We are not using static IP addresses...Originally posted by 798:5) one account per one IP address!
