I can understand something like a 30 sec limit for each post, or activation codes, or those pics with numbers on them, or even a probation period like this, but 5 mins per post for 20 posts?
and $10 for a premium membership is quite high, that's like 2 hours worth of work when i was doing part time. -

$10 actually quite reasonable liaox.. Do u expect $50 just for pee-membership?? Of cos to the ppl like those students, $50 quite ex.. You can say singaporeans are misers and whatever, but show me people from any country who are happy to give out money.
Not as though we havent had enough of people asking us for money outside mrt stations and parks. -
